Shipping Policy

Please ensure you book your complimentary training for any eligible equipment. Untrained use by the customer will void the warranty.

All equipment includes a 1-year warranty and personalized technical assistance. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Upon receiving your new unit, please open the package and inspect it for any dents, scratches, cracks, or missing components. If your unit has any of the issues mentioned above, please send an email to:

The email subject line must be: “WARRANTY REQUEST – (device name) – (condition)”, and you must include supporting photos within 7 days of delivery.

SKIN MAX TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for revenue loss caused by downtime required for repairs, replacements, or shipping time.

Failures or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unsuitable operating environments, natural disasters, power surges, mishandling, tampering, or improper maintenance are not covered under the warranty. Any related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty covers necessary repair parts and labor costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from SKIN MAX TECHNOLOGY. All warranty services are performed at our facilities located in Miami.

The customer must notify SKIN MAX TECHNOLOGY of any equipment malfunction and obtain authorization before shipping the equipment back for repair or replacement. SKIN MAX TECHNOLOGY will not accept returned units without prior written authorization from a Customer Service representative.

Accessories and normal wear and tear of equipment parts are not covered under this warranty.
